Monologue
Elysium, the drug used to enhance abilities, help intake information and amplify talents to a whole new level. Unfortunately they didn't tell us about the side effects.
With a small dose, it does what it says on the tin. Longer memory, larger information intake, it was the drug to cure all illnesses. Cancer, Dementia, Alzheimer's, all gone. Until people starting becoming greedy. It started with a few cases on the news, of people overdosing, but no one thought it would be them. No one thought it would turn into this...this...pandemic.
With a medium dose, you are transported to a tranquil peaceful land in your mind.
With a large dose, well, I like to call it Limbo. You're trapped in a land to face inner demons, nightmares and fears.
